Users Documentation

It is very important that the user can rely on a comprehensive documentation explaining what should be done from a system perspective and why.

Besides, it is useful to explain what kind of impact can happen in the case the rules are not applied.

​

A strong documentation must be accompanied by a good training. Indeed, the users’ process control is key; one can have a strong process but, if it isn’t well understood, or well applied, then it is inefficient and will, in the short term, generate issues.

​

When the documentation is created, I like to organize training sessions with users. During these sessions, I can get questions and comments from users and this helps a lot fine tuning and completing the documentation.
